How do I survive and even thrive when life is set to wipe out my plans? How do I stay the course and keep looking forward with enthusiasm - and BE that light in this dark tunnel?…
Read MoreLets not wait for time to force our hand. We are in the confluence of change - a time of unrest between ‘war and peace’ - and it hasn’t peaked yet. But time = change so if we wait too long, life instantly becomes more complicated. But change always brings new possibilities and opportunities so look for and embrace those times, as a means to not focus on the negative. Accepting change enables us to flow and manage life better while trying to make some sense (find some meaning) in this ’sudden’ catastrophe. Often we get so affected by our own emotional storms that we become victims in our own stories.
