How do you heal the world’s energy crisis? Two words - Self Transformation… Through changing ourselves inch by inch we can certainly start making a difference in the world. Yet so often I hear ‘who am I to make a difference’?… Well let me tell you - you are a Soul - a Being of Energy. It is You the Soul that makes your body move (spiritual energy and physical energy working together, as one cannot survive without the other). And simply remembering that you are a Soul first and foremost, you are already making a difference because your mindset will change and this will show up in your attitude towards life…
Read MoreBy doing what we love (not what we are compelled to do) we can now start making a difference in the world… Because the more we get to know ourselves from the inside the more we will like who we are and what we do - no longer driven by compulsion we can now ‘do’ life with purpose. When we realise and accept that love lives inside of us, we can do what we love outside’ without the need for validation… When we do what we love rather than chase what makes us temporarily happy, we will be better at what we do because when there is genuine enthusiasm we will naturally give it our best.

In fact, dreaming and planning (having some kind of aim) is an essential part of living and growing - a child without a dream becomes an adult without a purpose, aimlessly wandering through life - bored and unsatisfied. Dreams prevent us from becoming complacent, unmotivated, resentful and cynical. Dreams drive us forward and can absolutely help reduce stress, anxiety and depression! But to realise our dreams it’s important to know our purpose and to know our purpose, we must get to know ourselves - to understand our values as not to compromise ourselves (or others) along the way.
Read MoreChange is the only constant in life, so we better get used to it. White-knuckling it through life is hardly inspirational, let alone joyful. When we use our power to accept the Law of Change we can use our power to accept and face any changes that come our way, as the wheel of life continues to silently turn. And it will keep turning. It will keep moving. Learning to roll with it prevents us from being run over or left behind. Resistance causes pain and refusing to let go stunts our growth, it suffocates us because it keeps us boxed in. Seeing life as an adventure rather than a fearful duty allows us to engage our many other inner powers so we can travel light.

A talent that without lots of practice may be mediocre rather than amazing. It’s the same with our own inner talents (we each have many that mostly lay dormant deep within).
