Hi everyone, happy wonderful Monday,

Having had great practice with the Power to be Present, again a big smile enveloped my face when I pulled the following Power. I am constantly amazed by how well they all blend together. When we figure out that all our Powers are somehow connected and synergistically work together, change becomes easier and a bit more fun. Experimenting with my long lost powers I discover a whole new world of special qualities, empowering choices and endless possibilities. I begin to understand the importance of constantly strengthening all my inner beauty and expressing it creatively through my every thought, word and action.

Our 7th Power is the 12th Jewel – Power to be Silent – page 97…

‘The Power to be Silent, an opportunity to be still.
A space to love and learn, to cultivate your will.
To go silently within is by far, without a doubt,
a chance to grow and change and to never go without’

** The Power to be Silent is the ability to be still – by choice and as necessary – not under compulsion. To be able to filter out – at will – any external noise and quiet down any inner chatter, is the Power to be Silent. It takes much practice and discipline to be silent – which is not to be mistaken with ‘the silent treatment’ – and is incredibly powerful, once Mastered. The most valuable gift you can give the world today is Silence 🙂

** I am the mute button… I go beyond sound – like being in a silent movie. Silence gives me clarity – no static interference of the voices and noises of others – silence from the world and from the dictates of my own mind. It doesn’t matter if the noise is coming from outside or inside, the ability to ‘switch me on’ keeps me cool, clear and at peace..

** Supporting Virtues: Accepting, Sweet, Serene, Benevolent, Royal, Loving

Tips:
1. When being confronted, breathe and become silent (step back in your mind). Become the observer for a few moments, then act your part with a loving attitude.
2. Practice regularly throughout your day to simply stop and become silent – just for 60 sec at a time
3. When you’re in a silent state… REALLY LISTEN!… Have a pen nearby to write it down – it’s easy to forget once you start moving again.

Questions to churn:
1. How often do you give yourself permission to simply be silent?
2. Where do you go to find Silence?
3. How might you be able to incorporate more ‘silent moments’ into your day?

Happy week, lots of love Annemarie 🙂
