Hi everyone,
Fourth day of September and what a wonderful Power to start the Spring season. Oh how I love this season and how I love our following Power. You know, so often we struggle in life because we simply forget our inner treasures – our inner seeds that when given continual care and nourishment grow into magnificent flowers. Consistently cultivating our inner seeds (regardless what season it is) strengthens us inside out and allows us to not only deal with life from a ‘full cup’ but it allows us to keep giving to others. Unfortunately most of us have the habit, nay addiction, of looking outside of ourselves for love, for recognition, for validation, for answers – succeeding only in leaving us empty. And when we are empty we cannot give, instead we begin to take from others! Taking without permission is stealing and taking because we believe others owe us is self righteous! Either way, it creates an enormous karmic debt that at some point we have to repay!… Best to focus on and strengthen my inner power instead, so I remain eternally full – no need to take and no need to accumulate ‘just in case’ 🙂
Our 35th Power – Power to be Resourceful…
Resourcefulness stems from within,
there’s no need to look outside!
But when we forget this simple truth,
our inner & outer worlds collide!
We must take care of our own wellbeing –
self love always outshines self doubt.
Developing the habit of looking inside,
ensures that we never go without!…
** The Power to be Resourceful is the ability to resolve any outward problem quickly by turning inwards, knowing that all the answers – all I need – is within. This silent knowing allows me to trust that my needs are always taken care of and that I need nothing more – enabling me to always give to others.
** I am the Full Cup… Never empty, I simply keep on giving. I take care of my own wellbeing and in doing so, I remain constantly full. I have no need to take from others, instead I am always able to give. I know that just as the tide will always flows in, so too I will always be filled with love and self respect!
** Supporting Virtues: Creative, Enthusiastic, Inquisitive, Imaginative, Practical, Radiant
Tips:
1. Always ensure your ‘cup’ is full through Self Care.
2. Inquisitiveness, Imagination and Creativity allows you access to your abundant inner resources.
3. Our inner resources MUST be used in a Practical way in order to multiply, otherwise they remain dormant and eventually wither away.
Questions to churn:
1. Do I look within for answers or do I look to others for solutions?
2. Am I regularly taking from others (or expect others to fulfill me) because I feel empty?
3. Do I trust my inner resources – that I have all I need within?
Never doubt or second guess your inner resources – they are your God-Given strengths and you have every right to use them to your best ability – to help yourself and to help others… If we don’t constantly use them wisely and practically, like anything abundant that’s unused, they will eventually diminish without replacement… You know, sometimes when I’m having a ‘down’ time (my bodily issues have a way of regularly challenging me out of my comfort zone) I wonder how I will get through. Then I STOP… I BREATHE… And I remember who I AM – a Soul with lots of inner Resources – I smile, I thank my body for the reminder and I get on with it 🙂
May you all be Resourceful and Happy, Love Annemarie
