Hi Everyone,

Hope you got some joy with this power. Applying this one came in very handy as my days became busier and busier with all the different talks and travels. We are currently stopped at a free roadside spot in New South Wales after a wonderful talk at the Gold Coast. Though the weather was rather up and down with lots of rain (which tends to affect my body) the tour so far is going well. But I have had to apply the brake to ‘check and change’ myself frequently so to not let anxiety catch hold of me and spin me out of control 🙂 Still, I always feel so fortunate that I now have the awareness of my own inner power, which always brings me back to centre.  Yes, it does take consistent effort but you know, it’s definitely worth it – where would I be otherwise? … And after all the hard work, there’s simply no turning back 🙂

Only a few contributions this month??… Remember, whatever we put into anything in life is what we get out of it – it’s for our own benefit and self transformation. You see, we can always find ‘reasons’ why we are unable to do the ‘self’ work – time, others, technology, work, the weather …… Or we can simply change ourselves. It may take a little effort but in the long run it’s much easier 🙂 Many thanks again to those who continually contribute.

– Awareness of having to keep a ‘good attitude’ in September acceptance of ‘what can and can’t be changed’ and ‘doing best possible’ to remain balanced……………. (wonderful)

– Some used other powers to help Discipline. Such as Power of Patience as ‘underlying support’ ‘being the gardener to appreciate that it takes time for things to grow and bloom’ ……………….. (beautiful 🙂

– Conscious of the ‘more practice in using powers, the more strength to stay on purpose’ …………………. (wonderful recognition)

– Some find that the more they reclaim their power, the less they push themselves unrealistically …………….. (YAY!)

– Recognition of limiting self talk such as ‘self criticism’ but learning to become ‘kinder to self and more open to others and imperfections’ (Big pat on your back 🙂

– Spending time with likeminded people to help ‘recharge and refocus on spiritual development’ and to take self ‘out of comfort zone’ …………………… (Fantastic!)

– Using Discipline to detox body – which helps mind also ………….. (Well done!)

– Using Discipline to live more ‘Soul Conscious’ …………… (Double YAY!)

– Recognition of being more disciplined these days, though can still ‘take eye of the ball -chasing discipline as it rolls away’ …………… (Again, great recognition, remember to be kind to you 🙂

– Ability to give self ‘Mental Health Day’ off to gather self by listening to own body ……………… (This is wonderful, well done!)

– Grateful for these skills or ‘would still be in same chaos as 4 years ago, but not going back there’………………. (I hear you sister, me neither 🙂

– Using discipline to set goals – both work and personal …………… (Awesome!)

‘See you’ all in a few days with our next power. When I drew it I couldn’t stop smiling 🙂
