There’s an old paradox between discipline and freedom – yet it’s true no matter which way you view it.  The more disciplined I am in regards to self transformation, the more freedom I experience in my life – physically, emotionally and spiritually.

To break free from the chains that tie me to others or to the dictates of my own mind, takes not only commitment and consistency but discipline to my own aims and purpose.  Carelessness sets in all too easy when we become complacent about our own progress in life and the result is procrastination, often sending us straight back to our comfort zone – familiarity can be a dangerous breeding ground for failure as I busy myself finding excuses.

Having just arrived at a lovely free roadside camping spot in Jugiong, NSW – we drink in the peaceful beauty of the fresh mountain air and watch the swollen Murrumbidgee River flow past ,as we soak up the warmth of the sun. We are in the moment, totally appreciating this experience as we realise the fruits of our efforts  to get here. Living on the road is not all fun but can be rather challenging at the best of times – these peaceful interludes remind us that remaining disciplined to our cause (self transformation brings world transformation) is worth every bit of it. The rewards are endless…

What’s stopping you from stepping up and claiming your right in life?…
