Power of Realisation…
PowerRealisation

Hi everyone,

Our next power can be a little tricky but once understood is powerful beyond all measure, hence another favorite of mine. It’s about awareness and awakening – you wouldn’t dig for gold if you didn’t know you were sitting on top of it, would you? Yet once I realise I’m right on top of a treasure, it would be such a terrible waste if I didn’t dig for it – I alone am responsible to take this further. If I want this treasure and the benefits that come with it, then it’s up to me to dig for it – I certainly can’t blame anyone else for my misfortune if I can’t be bothered – hoping that someone else might dig it up for me.

Our inner treasure is no different, it’s up to us as individuals to dig deep – the more effort the more reward. Our amazing powers lie within each of us – mostly dormant – until we tap it. Realisation also knowns as an ‘aha moment’ comes with a surge of energy – a light that’s just been switched on! This moment of clarity about any situation gives me strength and momentum to do something about it, however, the longer I put it off the less power I will have to help me.

What makes me love this Power even more is that when I truly own it, no-one can upset me without my permission – that I have control over my life, my thoughts, my feelings and my emotions. Unfortunately many prefer not to use this power because they not only fear failure, they fear success more because with success comes responsibility.

Our 19th Power is the 20th Jewel – Power of Realisation – page 157….

‘When I realise that it’s up to me,
that no-one else can set me FREE;
that I must firstly to myself be kind,
to set about and change my mind,
I’m humbled by the Power inside.
My eyes, now open large and wide –
upon this awareness I must act
to deliver the most abundant impact.’

** The Power of Realisation is the ability to act upon an ‘aha moment’ – to do something positive and constructive when I recognise and become aware that something needs to change. Showing courage in the face of adversity and to co-operate with others while doing what must be done regardless – is to Realise your own Power!

** I am the aha moment… I am the ‘point of realisation’ and the ‘courage’ that can change negative into positive – aware of the benefits for everyone involved. I understand that I must act upon awareness of my own situation and realise that I have all the resources within me to aid my mission… It’s not up to others, it’s up to me!

** Supporting Virtues: Detachment, Courage, Co-operation, Determination, Resilience, Consistency

Tips:
1. The energy to make change is strongest upon realisation, but dissipates the longer I procrastinate – don’t put off till tomorrow what you can do today!
2. To make change a little easier, take advantage of the extra energy received at this time – don’t wait for others.
3. Realisation is great but what is even greater is to act upon realisation.

Questions to churn:
1. If I realised that I was sitting on ‘gold’ would I dig or would I wait for others to dig for me?
2. Do I ignore or take advantage of the extra energy received when adorned with an ‘aha moment?
3. Why do I ignore it or what stops me from taking this opportunity to make change?

Working through several rather personal issues, I’ve had some realisations over the last few weeks and noticed by taking instant action – frustration, resentment, self pity and anger disintegrates. When I allow myself to feel an ‘aha moment’ then do what I must doBeing responsible for my own attitude and my own fortune becomes possible when I use this wonderful Power. When I am open to possibilities, it becomes easier to keep a higher vision of myself, making it easier to keep a higher vision of others 🙂

Have a wonderful week and enjoy being open to receiving amazing Realizations
Lots of love Annemarie xx
