Power of Positive Thought – Part 3…
pizap.PowerPositiveThought

Hi everyone,

Another week gone, how fast the time is going as we come to the end of our 18th Jewel – I hope it’s helped you shine through the week. From your stories received, it sounds like everyone had a bit more success with this Power 🙂

As I continue to ‘whistle’ through my day I’m noticing and appreciating the little things again, things that even on the open road you can easily miss if focusing on other ‘stuff’. Among other things, I’m working through another bout of sleepless nights – part of the arthritis flare ups – but rather than toss and turn, waking tired and vulnerable in the morning, I allow the silence of the night to envelop me. If I allow frustration to get hold of me, negativity won’t be far behind. Instead I pay attention to the ‘night sounds’ and notice a beautiful orchestra come to life, enabling me to rest regardless and hence ensuring quality of living throughout my day. Positive Thinking is a form of protection – it’s like taking out personal insurance!

By the way, for those who mentioned they can’t whistle – don’t worry, neither can I – which makes it all the more fun. And even though you may receive an odd look from others, it also makes many smile so if it helps uplift them, all the better. Who knows, they may just pass it forward 🙂

Here are your powerful contributions…

— Many had success tapping into this power… (Fantastic!)

— Some have been working through separation issues the last few months and though their others powers helped, this Power seems to be the easiest to understand and apply, helping them accept their new positions in life… (Pat yourselves on the back for your persistence 🙂

— Yes several of you have also been enjoying dancing and singing while doing things… (This is so good, we lighten up our atmosphere because we lighten up!)

— Setting a course for themselves of next few months and see it as a very positive position – rather than “just wander on and let things happen” then “wonder why things are not happening”… (Such a wonderful aim – action planning and strategies really help)

— Some could relate to their ‘beautiful gardens’ – focusing on the weeds instead of their fragrant flowers – recognizing to “just do it”… (A wonderful realization to turn things around!)

— Still more good news reported. Visiting estranged friends while keeping an open mind and not dwelling on their perceived negativity and neediness – even bringing flowers… (Very appropriate with the flowers, seeing we are focusing on them – well done!)

— Using other powers once again – such as Detachment, Judgement, Self Respect, Packing Up and Withdrawing and of course Silence… (It’s wonderful to see you each ‘play’ with your different strengths, to see which can enhance the other – excellent!)

— Some still working through “left over stuff” from “last life” – experiencing feelings of loneliness but find talking to self and encouraging self to step out and try new things. Also making lots of effort to focus on positive thoughts about creating new life… (Again this is so powerful, to keep an eye on the new while letting go of the old is a lot less laborious than the other way around – well done 🙂

— Understanding and applying practically, the song “Always look on the bright side of life de dum de dum de dum de dum” enables recognition of the positive in the negative. How with just one thought we can turn things around, helping keep life light… (Yes!)

— A Timely reminder for many… (including me 🙂

Have a wonderful weekend everyone – see you again on Monday

Lots of love, Annemarie
