Cooperation does not mean to drift alone at sea…

Hi everyone,

Here we are almost at the end of this fortnights Power… Cooperation = A big heart = no expectation for a return 🙂

Keeping pure and positive thoughts for myself and for others, transforms reasons into solutions and is one of the best ways to cooperate with the world. Don’t nurture a small heart for your self or for your cooperative companions. Cooperation is about having a big heart for your self and having a big heart in making others cooperative (allowing others to help or contribute). The more I cooperate with myself – transforming my old habits and negative patterns – the more I allow others to cooperate… And given a chance, most people will cooperate. It’s just that sometimes we are too focused on ‘not taking’ that we forget to receive and accept – blocking an opportunity for others to give, leaving us feeling resentful and reactive.  By your having a big heart, even dust can become gold, weak companions become powerful and the impossible becomes absolutely possible. Letting go of the consciousness of “I” or ‘ego’ enables you to give with a big heart.

Some of the sharings from others are below…
**  Recognising need to let go of control – ego – either in cooperating or allowing others to cooperate with them.
**  When others want to cooperate it triggers something – personal issues of self worth rise up and ‘help’ is seen as an insult (taken personally) as if they were told they couldn’t cope).
**  Recognising and accepting responsibility for lack of self cooperation due to weakness in respecting the self.
Some excellent arenas to practice cooperation, it helps us release self doubt and all the other irrational fears and reactions that stem from ego. Sometimes we just need to breathe and say ‘thank you’. We don’t have to do it hard – that’s just a self deceptive habit our ego has created – our external mask. Naturally, Self Respect continues to be a common thread…

I’m noting the power in this amazing group already. Each individual is courageously facing uncomfortable stuff to cultivate their own rightful powers – in this case, Cooperation. Unresolved stuff will naturally rise up to challenge you, but aren’t we just so fortunate to have each other in our corner helping us resolve it and work through it – one baby step at a time 🙂

Here are my answers to some of the questions posed this week.
— Are you experiencing a feeling of union around you?…
Yes, mostly!…  When no union is felt, I check myself, my thoughts and my attitude, I’ve learned to be gentle with myself and simply change direction.  I’m contributing to this feeling of union by regularly checking and changing my self. Changing negative, heavy or self doubting to positive, light, self affirming. I practice letting go of control through repeatedly letting go of the consciousness of “I”. When I remember that I AM simply the instrument, I am able to let myself ‘be’ and I can then simply get on with the task without feeling burdened. I am able to step up when it’s time to shine, and able to step aside and be supportive when it’s someone else’s turn to shine 🙂

Thank you once again for sharing – it’s always nice to know that you are not alone – that others are working through similar situations. Trust that you have support and congratulations on simply taking time to cultivate your inner powers – one jewel at a time:)

Keep an eye out for our 3rd Power on Monday. Have a wonderful weekend 🙂

Lots of love Annemarie
