Change can be uncomfortable but it doesn’t need to be chaotic and stressful - that’s a choice we rarely recognise as our own. When we realise and accept that the only constant in life IS change - we can learn to flow with it (rather than fight against it or pretend it isn’t happening). Fact is, change happens around us and within us - all day, every day. We can’t prevent it! So no matter how awkward - it pays to get comfortable with the uncomfortable.

Nothing is more suffocating then being imprisoned by our own fear, chained to our own gilded cage… Stepping out doesn’t mean we don’t experience fear, but that we step out regardless of fear. Change is the only constant in life, so we better get used to it. White-knuckling it through life is hardly inspirational, let alone joyful. When we use our power to accept the Law of Change we can use our power to accept and face any changes that come our way, as the wheel of life continues to silently turn. And it will keep turning. It will keep moving. Learning to roll with it prevents us from being run over or left behind. Resistance causes pain and refusing to let go stunts our growth, it suffocates us because it keeps us boxed in. Seeing life as an adventure rather than a fearful duty allows us to engage our many other inner powers so we can travel light.
