Power to Pack Up – Part 3…

Power Pack Up

Hi everyone, it’s that time again – how quickly time moves along. I hope you’ve had a bit of fun with this power – remember to keep ‘studying’ light and easy – when we start to labour we tend to become slack in our efforts and before we know it, we are back to where we started. This is where Power to Pack Up is so handy, simply pack up whatever needs packing up and get rid of it – negative emotions… destructive thoughts… limiting or sabotaging actions… Packing up as mentioned before is a very practical power, it helps tremendously to stay focused and on track – stopping any wastage.

Here are your stories – thanks again for showing such strength…

– Power to Pack Up enabled some of you to pack up anger and resentment relating to past relationships… (Not an easy one, so well done!)

– Packing Up concern and anger for others – recognition of waste, can’t control their behavior, and realise it’s not their business – no matter how self destructive… (Excellent, it’s no good carrying anger for others!)

– A necessary discipline for many this week (including me). Able to pack up learned information that just simply had to wait till return from trip, in order to not spoil well-needed break… (Well done!!!)

– Some remembered to apply a fullstop – a firm brake or ‘traffic control’… (This is so powerful to reclaim inner power – I use this a lot, so congratulations and keep going)

– Remembering to ‘pack up’ any rubbish before going to bed – handing any remaining ‘stuff’ over to the Source, God, Higher Power, Supreme… (Another amazingly simple yet power action)

Some were able to ‘let go’ of old outlived limiting behaviors; of past stuff that they’ve carried around for years; let go of worrying about ‘what others were doing to them’; of feeling ‘squashed down’; And letting go of ‘need’ to please and letting go of self destructive impulses. Many experienced ‘feeling’ free and liberated… (This is so wonderful, when we experience another way, it gives us enthusiasm to keep going 🙂

– Recognizing that challenges are actually tests to practice ‘packing up’ – even though at times it feels like they’re not moving ahead, but actually realizing that they are… (This is fantastic!)

– Using their power to ‘pack up’ feelings of self pity and martyrdom… (Well done, another huge one 🙂 🙂

Have a wonderful weekend everyone, ‘see you’ on Monday with another Power to practice… We are half way back to Townsville – felt a little sad that it was all over, so ‘packed it up’ and moved on… The result?… Easy drive so far (missed a lot of road-works), weather has been absolutely perfect and currently at a free spot by the Calliope River (just south of Rockhampton) enjoying the warm sun and awesome fresh breeze – appreciating life and all it’s blessings (even those who come disguised as tests 🙂

Much love to you all, Annemarie
