All my life, others have had a problem with me being different and continually try to squash my enthusiasm - and for years I blamed myself. Our greatest teachers are our own actions (if we choose to pay attention and listen to how our actions actually make us feel). You know, interacting with others can be a messy business if we don’t have a handle on self awareness. Self awareness simply means to own our ‘own stuff’ - to not deny, ignore or dismiss but to check our own energy levels - like checking our car for oil and water so to not be left stranded.
